We will be playing a small outdoor house concert at Sean and Shannon's home in Eugene! Gather at 6:30, Show from 7-8:30. Bring a low backed chair or blanket for seating and if you'd like, a snack and bevvie. Please email Sean: tijuana_moods@hotmail.com to reserve your spot(s) and be given the address. The suggested donation of $20 will be collected when you arrive. If you need to cancel your reservation, PLEASE let Sean know so we can give the spot to someone else. Attendance is limited so this is quite likely to fill up!

This is a fun concert series at a sweet park out River Road. I'll be joined by TR Kelley on bass and Jeremy Wegner on mandolin... and we'll see if any other surprise guests show up!! Perhaps another Babe with and Axe???

This is a monthly class I teach at Eugene Yoga that combines the practice of yoga nidra with live music including guitar, harmonium, handpan, and singing. Experienced while lying down using props and blankets to be comfortable, I take you through a series of body and breath awareness techniques and visualizations to help you reach a deep state of relaxation. Bhakti in sanskrit means devotion and Nidra is sleep, so it is a yoga nidra class combined with the bhakti practice of music! Pre-registration is required.
